Mila is a seasoned professional with over 14 years of experience in marketing and customer insights, with a deep passion for customer centricity. At GemSeek, Mila has been instrumental in steering the company’s focus in the customer experience industry, by developing communication strategies tailored to personas & need-based segmentation, understanding customer journeys to trigger right messages at moments that matter and engagement approaches to leverage promoters and engage detractors among the customer base. Throughout earlier stages of her career, Mila has supported major global brands such as Pampers, Always, Mastercard and others in understanding consumer behaviour on social media, brand perceptions and word-of-mouth, as well as identifying local market trends, most appropriate influencers and channels.
