Chief Design Officer Grand Studio

Diana Deibel is the co-author of the conversational AI book Conversations with Things and Chief Design Officer at US-based Grand Studio. With a design background in conversation design and qualitative UX research, she works with global clients across markets and industries to create products and services that users love. 

Some of her favorite design projects include: a multichannel smart conversation system for people managing diabetes; emerging tech research and strategy for one of the world’s largest retailers; and a GenAI employee experience support tool. She is a frequent conference lecturer and podcast guest in the AI space, and blogs frequently on human-centered design, particularly for emerging tech.
